Stopthejunkmail.com Launches New Web Site

BOULDER, COLO. – Jun. 11, 2007 – Stopthejunkmail.com is thrilled to announce the launch of their new brand and web site for consumers this week. The Boulder, CO-based company, founded in 2001, provides a convenient and cost-effective way for subscribers to opt out of receiving unsolicited postal junk mail. For a nominal fee, stopthejunkmail.com removes subscriber information from mailing lists; and through a partnership with American Forests Organization, plants a tree in an effort to regenerate forests being depleted by junk mail production.

Stopthejunkmail.com’s mission is to help consumers eliminate unwanted postal junk mail for the entire household or small business, to reduce consumer frustration levels with the amount of unwanted junk mail they receive, and to protect consumers’ privacy by reducing the number of times their name and address is shared without their knowledge.

One of Stopthejunkmail.com’s newest features is their blog which will be delivering information and updated statistics on Junk Mail, and expert advice based on members personal junk mail experiences.

Harman Research Inc., stopthejunkmail.com’s parent company, hired Tool Studios to design a new brand for stopthejunkmail.com. and help design the new “Look” for its web site. Tool Studios is a Niwot, CO-based full-service marketing and advertising agency created to meet local and national account needs through intelligent design.

How do I sign up not to receive this junk mail. You just say you are trying to eliminate it, but you don’t tell me what site to go to to add my name to the list of those not wanting to receive junk mail.

Stop the junk mail, not only because it is a waste of paper, but I must pay for a POBox and it is so full of junk mail they sometimes cannot fit all into the box. Why must I pay to keep strangers from abusing my rights?

  20. 20 Jean Gardner Jun 11th, 2008 at 9:31 am

The waste barrels in my post office are always filled to overflowing
